Hailing from Winnipeg, Justina McCaffrey has quickly become one of Canada’s most renowned designers for bridal fashion—and after her Fall 2014 show, we can definitely see why. Known for both the dramatic and classical, McCaffrey isn’t afraid to put a refreshing twist on the traditional. Dresses showcased an array of exquisite designs ranging from bold, voluminous skirts to slim-fitting gowns overlaid with delicate Chantilly lace. McCaffrey also opted for a departure from the ordinary with blush-toned dresses and an Alençon lace gown adorned with a blue ribbon belt for a bit of whimsical waist detailing. Mermaid, trumpet and ball gown silhouettes also made an appearance throughout this elegant collection, giving brides-to-be an array of stunning choices for their special days.
