I’m such a sucker for a love story! Especially the kind that remind you why you got are getting married in the first place.  Case and point. Melissa + Jeff.  A reminder to us all that a wedding is because you want to look your partner’s face every few years and let them know you love them even more than you thought possible on the first day of marriage.  Tiffany Kelley Photography snapped up this sweet and intimate vow renewal ceremony that not only showcases some inspirational DIY, but some pretty inspirational love too!

I had the opportunity to photograph my first of what I hope will be many more wedding vow renewal ceremonies. The intimate event took place at Melissa and Jeff’s home. It was such a special occasion filled with lots of touching moments among the couple’s family and friends.  I was so impressed with all of the fabulous DIY details and planning that had been put into this day, especially the driftwood altar that Jeff himself had handmade.

The table settings and the decor are pretty sweet too!  The touches of vintage and the coolest springboard photo display I’ve ever seen add just the right touches of homey-ness to otherwise simple and sophisticated day.
