Kerri + Emiliano’s Intimate Courthouse Wedding

Kerri + Emiliano’s Intimate Courthouse Wedding

When a wedding is filled with bright, bold colors, tons of help from friends and family, loads of love between a super cute couple AND it’s and intimate backyard fete? You know we’ve hit the DIY Bride jackpot!  Kerri and Emiliano had originally planned a long engagement, but when you feel the buzz of excitement and energy in the gorgeous photos from Kaysha Weiner Photography, you’ll understand why they couldn’t wait.  I for one am so glad they didn’t, because if they had we wouldn’t be able to share these fantastic details, inspiration, and all around goodness with you today.

Kerri’s Aunt Julie made all of the cupcakes for the guests and a giant one to cut. She also made wrappers for chocolate treats that had our engagement picture and our wedding date on them. Her sister-in-law, Leah made the beautiful birdcage headpiece and all of her girlfriends came together for one awesome crafting night to help twine-wrap the jars, put labels on the gift bags and make the cupcake toppers. Good Times!  Kerri and Emiliano also had the assistance of church pal Sue, who helped layout the backyard, arranged all of the flowers from Trader Joes including the beautiful bouquets and the boutonnieres. She coordinated the  food, chairs, tables, decor, and kept all of the wine flowing all night long.

From the Bride:

We were blessed to have friends who helped out with every detail, give speeches and readings and hold our hands and family who encouraged and supported us through the entire process. All done within our small budget. You don’t have to go into debt to have a great wedding!

Great indeed!   Thanks so much Kaysha Weiner Photography for capturing this lovely intimate backyard gathering.  Congratulations Kerri + Emiliano!
