In Hungary it’s quite common to have a private bride and groom photo session before the wedding ceremony, and what we have for you today is Eniko and Thomas’ lovely pre-wedding session by Esther & Gabe. With the couple’s wedding day being tightly scheduled this was a far more relaxed way for them to get beautiful images- both for their own and the photographers’ benefit. We say, getting to wear the dress more than once is always going to be good, and at the moment I’m trying to figure out whether I prefer Eniko’s fur or crochet wrap over her beautiful gown. I absolutely love the images taken in gentle snow, and wait until you see their “snow cake”!

I wonder if the concept of having a pre-wedding photo session in full wedding attire will catch on? It certainly would take the pressure off trying to fit bride and groom portraits in on the wedding day. We’d love to hear what you think!
