#154: spring sorbet

Morning b.lovelies! I hope you're making the most of the Bank Holiday? It's the last one in a while!

As we head into the last few weeks of Spring (Summer 'officially' starts on the 21st June - yay!!) I'm making the most of all the pretty pastels blooms around at this time of year, peonies, freesia, sweetpeas and stocks are currently filling the studio with their sweet perfume! I love this combination of blush, peach and pops of pale yellow - it's the perfect palette for the last few days of springtime. I imagine a marquee or barn wedding with a floral theme, right down to the dress - the petal-adorned "Flora" by Claire Pettibone. Sigh.
