Happy June everyone! Summer is officially here and we're so excited for all those June brides getting ready for their big day! Summer doesn't have to mean pastel colours or colourful brights, this pomegranate and burgundy colour palette photographed by film photographer Jennifer Pharr shows you that any colour palette can work with this wonderfully sunny season...

From Jennifer Pharr: " Simple elegance inspired this quaint vineyard elopement. An outdoor scene of steady neutrals with pops of rich burgundy dahlias and fushia garden roses complimented the wildly green backdrop. Our bride is shown in a simple etherial silk chiffon Saja gown, with delicate beading. Her maids complement her well with neutral toned dresses ranging from creams to muted mauves. Every bit of the elopement has a handmade and endearing quality to it and it was all brought together by Elle Affairs. The vintage pews bring a since of tradition into the ceremony, while the cotton paper invitations from Victoria Austin Designs and menu feature soft hand-torn edges made with great care. The organic florals from Shop Marked bring a rich pop of romance and vibrancy, while bringing some depth into their surroundings. Our dinner scape features clean white dinner plates with gold edging, a handmade garland with red berries, and grey linen napkins. The whole elopement scene is inviting and warm with sweet details."
