Manon LaFrance and Cory Turgeon, September 14, 2013, Rockland, Ontario.

September 14, 2013

"Cory and I made a pact from the beginning for the wedding to be focused on our love and union shared with family and friends," says Manon. "This pact meant no engagement party, bridal shower, and fundraising or soliciting gifts, since we don't think this is what marriage is about," Manon adds.

Their vintage wedding theme sparkled with gorgeous white, champagne, and beige accents, with a few touches of peach and mint as well. The decor was kept simple and elegant, focusing on the love of the couple. The unique addition of a school bus instead of a limo brought a playful and fun mood to the day as well! Lace and pearls adorned personalized accents throughout the venue, giving this wedding a cozy, vintage feel. Friends helped with the wedding cake, music, jewellery, and bouquet's for the big day. "My traditional wedding dream was made a reality, with all of our close family and friends there to share it with," Manon shares.
