You can really get creative on this project without breaking the bank. You'll need mason jars, tissue paper, spray paint, mod podge, paint pen, painter's tape and scissors. First of all you need to cut the tissue paper into small rectangular strips. Then paint the inside of the mason jar with an even coating of mod podge and place the tissue paper strips inside using the paint brush.
