Yep, it's true, we're crazy for color. Any + all hues are welcome in our book. Today's editorial provides the perfect palette inspiration for a super gorgeous fall wedding, so we were loving it right from the get-go. The gals behind this one ( Lime Green Photography + Statice Couture) were influenced by vintage botanical posters, bright + unique florals, and the contrast between light and dark. And they staged a setting that would inspire, say, a stylish dinner party, a pretty Autumn wedding, or really anything in between! Let's hear a bit more about it from Megan of Lime Green:
We wanted to use an array of natural elements and plants that couples wouldn't normally think to consider when choosing their florals and table decor. For example, Suzie of Statice used aloe vera leaves as an interesting way to add texture and elongation to the table, instead of a traditional runner. The plates were decorated with large fig leaves and leucodedron flowers. The candlesticks were wrapped in birch, and pomegranates + blackberries were included as another way to incorporate nature. A large black ceremony backdrop made out of plywood was installed behind our couple to create contrast in our light filled space, similar to a vintage botanical poster or floral Dutch Masters painting.

The cake was designed by Jonathan Caleb, who is a true sugar artist. All of the flowers on the cake are made of sugar, and it was covered in dark chocolate. 
Our bride wore beautiful Sarah Seven gowns from Wildflower Bridal and was decorated with jewelry from Christina Nicole. We loved having different options for her hair, as most brides like to change things up for their reception. The flower crown was designed by Statice and the headband from Three Bird Nest.
