I am thrilled to announce my brand new offering for wedding businesses, the French Wedding Academy! Back in January, when I sat down and wrote out my goals for the year, I wrote down that I wanted to be more involved in education and business improvements.

My role as the Editor of French Wedding Style enables me to meet with so many wonderful suppliers, and I often find myself scribbling notes with ideas for how suppliers can improve their connectivity with destination wedding couples. Or on elongated Skype calls with fabulous vendors, which start out as editorial discussions and end up with promotional ideas.

I meet some of the most creative and inspiring wedding industry suppliers, who are often so busy working in their business, that they find it hard to step back and work on their business. My background is in marketing and promotions and I found myself being drawn to aid wedding businesses achieve their full potential. I have started working with brands on improving their connectivity with couples, but I wanted to extend this further.

However, French Wedding Style is the only English-speaking wedding blog dedicated to weddings in France and I didn't want to detract from this and our new romantic/chic brand! So French Wedding Academy was born.

I am so energised to work with even more companies.

The French Wedding Academy will have its own blog and be filled with advice, tips and information. However don't fear as the pages of French Wedding Style will remain for couples planning their French weddings.

It has been quite a week for the French Wedding team and our portfolio of 3 brands is complete - for now ;) 2014 has been a manic, exhilarating, challenging and fun year so far and now as a full time professional blogger, I can't wait to see what we can achieve in the other 4 months of the year!
