Grabbing onto something as lovely a classic wedding vibe makes for the perfect touch for Texas weddings such as Heidi Johnson & Jason Cuellar's, an 'intimate affair' of 150 of their closest friends and family! Set at the The Old Red Museum, succulents and soft colors were set about the naturally lit ceremony and reception space, allowing Heidi and Jason to capitalize on the old school feeling throughout the historic building which used to be a working courthouse! Black and white tile floors, arched walkways and exposed brick served as the perfect backdrop for their classic Texas wedding filled with traditions as well! In keeping with the classics as well as tradition, Heidi amended her gown, featuring the buttons from her great grandmother's dress, which have also been used on her grand mother's and her mother's dress as well! As if these gorgeous buttons weren't enough, Heidi also carried her grandmother's embroidered hankie for her something blue. While the classics are classics for a reason, Heidi slipped off her Badgley Mischka heels, trading in for a classic of another sort, Converse tennis shoes for the reception! The evening ended with a room filled with 90′s music (a favorite of the Heidi & Jason's) which had all generations lighting up the dance floor!
