She knew exactly what se wanted!Without even being engaged, she found the dress of her dreams watching the Rosa Clará catwalk online at Barcelona Bridal Week. She looks like a doll! We love it!Here's a touch of what was one of the most special days of her life. ¿En qué iglesia se celebró la ceremonia?The pictures are jaw dropping!

Nos casamos por lo civil en el que para casi todos los ciudadanos de Lleida es el lugar más emblemático de la ciudad: la Seu Vella.

In which church did you celebrate the wedding?We were married in a civil ceremony where for almost all citizens of Lleida, is the most emblematic in the city: la Seu Vella.As it was a civil ceremony it was in the cloister, one of the largest in Europe, with four arched galleries. A magical place with views of Lleida and a wonderful garden, where guests were able to discover one of the most precious treasures of our city.¿Dónde te preparaste para el gran momento?

Al ser una ceremonia civil fue en el claustro, uno de los más grandes de Europa, con cuatro galerías de arcos ojivales de trazados únicos. Un lugar mágico con vistas sobre Lleida y con un jardín maravilloso en el que los invitados pudieron descubrir uno de los tesoros más preciados de nuestra ciudad.

Where did you prepare for the big day? I got ready at my parents home. Although I moved from Lleida to Barcelona to study when I was 18, we go to Lleida quite often and I wanted to be at home with my parents and family on such an important day.¿Cómo te sentiste cuando te viste con el vestido el día de la boda?

Me preparé en casa de mis padres. Aunque me fui de Lleida a Barcelona a estudiar con 18 años, vamos allí muy a menudo y quería en un día tan importante estar en mi casa con mis padres y con mi familia, como en las grandes ocasiones en las que nos juntamos todos.

How did you feel when you saw the dress on on the day of the wedding? I got dressed with the help of my father, my mother, my grandmother and my cousin. Each one took care of something, and it was like a perfect team. My dress was perfect, just what I wanted, as I had imagined ... it was so "me" that I started to twirl because of how happy I was! ¿Cómo y dónde encontraste tu vestido Rosa Clará?

Me vestí con la ayuda de mi padre, de mi madre, de mi abuela y de mi prima, cada uno se ocupó de algo, y fue como un engranaje perfecto. Mi vestido quedaba perfecto, justo como lo quería y como lo había imaginado... ¡era tan "yo" que me puse a dar vueltas de lo feliz que estaba!

Me enamoré del vestido el día que lo vi en la pasarela Gaudí. Por aquel entonces no sabía ni que me casaba, pero soy una apasionada de la moda y siempre veo los desfiles. En ese momento pensé: si algún día me caso, ¡tengo que ir con un vestido así! Meses después cuando tuve que empezar a buscar vestido, sólo tenía uno en mente... y fui directa a la tienda de Barcelona, donde vivo, para probármelo.

How and where did you find your Rosa Clará dress? I fell in love with the dress the day I saw it at the Pasarela Gaudi. At the time, I wasn't engaged, but I am passionate about fashion and always watch the catwalk. At that moment I thought, if I ever get married, I have to go with a dress like that! Months later, when I had to start looking for a dress, I only had one in mind ... and went straight to the shop in Barcelona, where I live, to try it on. We decided it would be the first that I would try on when I saw my mother and my mother-in-law's reaction, I knew it was the dress. Although I tried more dresses on and there were others that I also liked, none captivated me as much as the "love at first sight" I had with the Cordoba.¿Tu vestido tiene alguna modificación o preferiste lucir el vestido original de Rosa Clará?

Decidimos que sería el primero que me probaría, y en cuanto vi a mi madre y a mi suegra emocionadas, supe que no me había equivocado. Aunque luego me probé más vestidos y hubo otros que también me gustaron, ninguno me cautivo tanto como el "amor a primera vista" que tuve con el Córdoba.

Lucí el modelo original pero sí que insistí en lucir el bajo más corto de delante que de atrás, tal y como se había presentado en el desfile para que se viesen los zapatos. A parte de esta modificación, lo único que hicimos fue bajar un pelín la espalda y hacer las mangas un poco más estrechas, para que no me doliesen las sisas en los brazos. Adaptaron el vestido 100% a mi cuerpo.

Was your dress altered or did you choose to wear the original hem Rosa Clará dress? I wore the original model, but I insisted on the front being shorter than it was like it was on the catwalk, so that the shoes could be seen. Apart from this change, all we did was lower the back a bit and make the sleeves a little narrower. They adapted the dress 100% to my body.I didn't want to wear the traditional veil, so during the ceremony, I used a birdcage type veil, off-white in color (like the dress), to give it that retro feel that complemented the dress. ¿Y los complementos que utilizaste? (zapatos, joyas...)It was from Twigs & Honey.Which accessories did you wear? (shoes, jewelry ...) I bought the shoes before the dress. It was clear that it would be white, so I decided on a Jimmy Choo silver-champagne. As for jewelry, I wore "you and me" earings, from my grandmother, my mother also got married them, a bracelet that my mother gave me and my engagement ring. Arriving at the restaurant, I put on a headdress from Tocados Le Touquet.¿Qué flores tenía el ramo? ¿A quién se lo regalaste?

No quería llevar el tradicional velo, así que durante la ceremonia utilicé un velo tipo birdcage en color blanco roto (como el vestido), para darle ese aire retro que tan bien complementa al vestido. Era de Twigs & Honey.

Los zapatos los compré antes que el vestido. Tenía claro que no serían blancos así que me decidí por unos Jimmy Choo de color plata-champagne. En cuanto a las joyas, llevaba unos pendientes "tu y yo", de mi abuela con los que también se casó mi madre, una pulsera que me regaló mi suegra y mi anillo de pedida. Al llegar al restaurante me puse un tocado de Tocados Le Touquet.

Mi ramo y toda la decoración floral fue hecha por Flowers by Bornay. Son unos verdaderos artistas y supieron captar la esencia romántica de la boda. Tanto en el ramo como en la decoración había hortensias, peonias, rosas austin, craspedias, planta crasa pintada... Todo en colores azules, rosas y liláceos, con toques de plata y de blanco.

What flowers were in the bouquet? Who did you give it to?My bouquet and all the floral decoration was arranged by Flowers by Bornay. They are true artists and managed to capture the essence of a romantic wedding. Both the bouquet and the decorations were made up of hydrangeas, peonies, roses, craspedias... all bouquets in blue and pink with touches of silver and white.I gave two bouquets, a replica of mine to my mother, because she helped to prepare many of the details, and the other to my cousin, who is like a sister to me.The first bouquet was an emotional moment, because my mother was not expecting it and was very excited, and for the second bouquet, we played a upbeat music, danced a lot, and my cousin screamed when she saw the bouquet. All the guests started to clap and whistle. It was also a unique moment. ¿Dónde se celebró el banquete?

Di dos ramos, una réplica del mío, a mi madre porque nos ayudó a preparar muchísimos de los detalles handmade que hicimos y, el mío a mi prima, que es como una hermana para mí.

Where the reception held? The reception was celebrated in Boscana in Bellvís, near Lleida. We are passionate about gastronomy and enology and it'is a very creative environment, offering high quality service and it also adapts to the tastes and needs of each bride and groom. After the appetizer, we had dinner with a tasting menu of some different dishes and all paired with Costers del Segre wine from Lleida.¿Algún momento especial o divertido que recuerdes?

El primer ramo fue un momento muy emotivo porque mi madre no se lo esperaba y se emocionó mucho, y para el segundo ramo, pusimos una música marchosa, bailamos mucho y mi prima pegó un grito al ver el ramo que toda los invitados se pusieron a aplaudir y a silbar. Fue un momento único también.

El banquete lo celebramos en La Boscana, en Bellvís, muy cerca de Lleida. Somos unos apasionados de la gastronomía y la enología y es un espacio muy innovador que ofrece un servicio de gran calidad y que además se adapta a los gustos y necesidades de cada pareja. Después del aperitivo hicimos cena con menú degustación con platos un poco diferentes y todo maridado con vinos D.O Costers del Segre, la Denominación de Origen de las Tierras de Lleida.

Any special or funny moment you remember? We wanted to thank everyone in a very personalized manner and, therefore, wrote a personalized letter to every one of our guests. It was something that surprised everyone, a special touch that nobody expected and something that took a lot of effort.Another one, of the highlights was the performance of my cousins with blonde wigs emulating Raffaella Carrà, singing her song, but with lyrics completely adapted to us! And the best thing was that all the guests sang the chorus!!¿Algún consejo para las futuras novias?

Quisimos dar las gracias de una forma muy personalizada y escribimos una carta personalizada a todos y cada uno de nuestros invitados. Fue algo que sorprendió muchísimo, un detalle que nadie esperaba y algo que cuesta bastante esfuerzo, pero compensa mucho.

Any advice for future brides? All brides say the same thing: enjoy it as it flies past. It is very true! But I'll tell you something else. We planned our wedding so it was an unforgettable experience for all who were a part of it, because for us, the most important thing was that our guests have as much fun as us. I think in this way, you with all the details that you prepare, you will reach the heart of each and every one of those who accompany you on such a unique and special day.¿Quién os hizo el reportaje fotográfico?

Otro de los momentos estelares fue la actuación de mis primos, con pelucas rubias emulando a Raffaella Carrà, cantando una canción suya pero ¡Con la letra completamente adaptada a nosotros! ¡Y lo mejor fue que todos los invitados les hacían los coros!

Who was your photographer? To immortalize such an unforgettable day, we had some great professionals: Visual Photo. We wanted candid shots, that captured unique moments, moments of happiness and tenderness, and that were able to excite us. We are more than happy with the result!

Todas decimos lo mismo: disfrutad que pasa volando. ¡Es muy cierto! Pero también os diré otra cosa.
