I love to personalize daily use things. Sometimes small touch of paint is enough to create brand new gadget. I completely understand people who want to surround themselves by unique items. It helps to express their personality. I don't have to be talented painter or interior decorator. Thanks to projects like this one, with little effort and money we can customize all surroundings.

Amanda Wright - the owner of "Wit & Whistle" shows how to cover mugs with black chalkboard paint and then how to paint them with chalk. You can draw whatever you want. You can write some poetry or message, you can cover them with geometric patterns. The choice is yours. She shows a great technique, but the final result is up to you creativity and imagination.
