I've recently remembered Wood Scrap Table which inspired me to carry out my search of woody idea. You know that I adore DIY, and I'm not fond of manufactured things. That's why when I found an old wood plank in my parents' garden I couldn't just thrown it away, at least not this time. I knew I needed do something with this beautiful wood.

I was looking for some DIY wood shelves to storage my goodies when I laid my hand on 'Shinium' blog. Mat Brown, the owner of this ideas, generally shows how to make jewelry, but this time he present us something wholly different. He used the resin inlay traditional technique with a color-matched epoxy to the wood, to give an 'invisible' repair. Furthermore to fire up filling effect, he used glowing in the darkness pigmented resin. Results are amazing during the day and at night!
