Cheesecakes are my favorite among all cakes types. They always taste like heaven and very rarely anything can go wrong while baking them. I must admit that I've never had any problem with preparing. I like the most fluffy ones and these with a lot of light cheese. This one that I want to show you, looks exactly like that.
