This will be my son's second Christmas but as he was so tiny last year we didn't really go mad on the present front (he did of course get spoilt rotten by his family so didn't miss out!) This year however is a whole different story and I can't wait to get Christmas shopping! I'm taking a slightly different approach to it this time round as battling through the highstreet with a buggy and baby in tow are not my idea of fun! So this year I'll mostly be shopping online and I've already started my pinterest boards to collate all of my ideas and research, I've also dug out my trusty Christmas organizer where I keep a list of what I've bought (if you don't already have one I can't recommend one enough!)

I'm drawn to more traditional toys and in particular love wooden and handcrafted items, which are more timeless than things that flash up and make lots of noise! I'm also a complete sucker for anything personalised as they make such lovely unique gifts. Albie was lucky enough to receive this personalised present sack last Christmas and we will be putting it to good use this year!
