Afternoon Lovely People,

So I am currently sitting at a gorgeous wooden little country kitchen table, in a gorgeous little converted barn staring at what can only be described as a gorgeous, not so little, incredible view of the black mountains! My little family of 3 are away for our first holiday since Indie has been born and I can't tell you how relaxed and happy I feel. We are staying at this beautiful cottage set within the Herefordshire countryside with only sheep and chickens as neighbours and nothing but countryside as far as my chilled eyes can see. We've just this second returned from a 2 hour walk around the farm where we are staying (2 hours because we got lost - twice!) and the fire is on and the tea brewing - it's lovely.

As we were a little late getting here yesterday, I didn't have time to post yesterday's Independent Love Song and as its such a tune I didn't want to wait until next week. No, your ears need to listen to this now because it is guaranteed to get your toes a tapping and your mouth a smiling!!

Hooked On A Feeling, with its feel good lyrics, upbeat melody and just all round happy vibe would make the perfect alternative first dance love song if you are looking to start your night of dancing on a high. Originally used as the soundtrack to Ally McBeal's Dancing Baby (Ouga Chaka Ouga Ouga - if you don't know what I mean google it because its genuis) and now the track behind new film The Guardians of The Galaxy, the song starts with such sweet lyrics that you can't really go wrong with choosing it as your first dance........
