Soft, Sweet & Feminine Boudoir Shoot

Soft, Sweet & Feminine Boudoir Shoot

via

The idea of a boudoir shoot can often be a little intimidating for brides.

But shoots like this one by Anaïs Stoelen Photography, show how bridal boudoir can be feminine, ethereal, romantic and classy - with not a hint of red lace or latex in sight!

Boudoir shoots are such a lovely thing to do in the lead up to your wedding, a sweet gift to give your partner, an excuse to indulge in some beautiful lingerie, and a chance to pamper yourself a little bit.

And this one, with soft white lace and springs of rosemary, is as pretty as they come...

From The Photographer

For this styled boudoir shoot, I had a specific Mediterranean, French or Italian sort of theme in mind. We created this romantic scene by using a lot of fresh flowers that we hand picked from the garden, along with lace and soft fabric choices. My model, Amber-Lynn projected the soft, tender and playful look I was aiming for. And last but not least, the natural light was key! I always try to use as much available light as possible. The gorgeous soft, light coming trough the window was just the right amount and exactly as I'd hoped for. Luminous! I'm very happy with the end result. Each time I look back at these photos, I feel as if I'm drifting away in a French or Tuscan dream!

Isn't it gorgeous? Just really soft and playful - definitely the way to go if you're planning your own boudoir session.
