One of this season's biggest wedding dress trends is showing off your beautiful shoulders. We've rounded up some of the prettiest dresses with halter necklines, delicate spaghetti straps, and strapless necklines, all showcasing the shoulder in a wide variety of styles.

Above, apron-inspired bodices are definitely a sweet and sexy combo. Show off your shoulders and arms in this showstopping dress complete with a ballgown skirt in a floral and plaid pattern. Blouson bodices have been all the rage this year. Find one (like the option below) with a halter neckline to play up your shoulders and back. To lengthen your overall silhouette, a sand shade like this dress is also a very flattering choice.

Halter-style necklines also look really terrific with wide straps. Above, this pinstriped dress features a criss-crossed back, merging the cutout trend and shoulder baring style seamlessly. Its heavy fabric and princess skirt keeps the look refined and classic.

Below, this hand cut lace, inspired by Edwardian lace patterns, offers a boho option for this trend.

A surefire way to make this trend stand out is to add a compelling detail. For example, pair a halter neckline with a high collar (below, left) or add a statement accessory to mix it all up. Below (right), this strapless dress goes modern with a white leather harness clipped to the back.

Looking for a more traditional way to wear this trend? Spaghetti straps accent your shoulders and help you feel more "secure" in your wedding dress. Above, this bride lets her bronzed shoulders peek out from a sheer wrap wrapped around her arms. Below, these spaghetti straps move slightly inwards creating a more petite version of a halter neckline.

Of course, the simplest way to show off your shoulders and arms is to go completely strapless. Sweetheart necklines are pretty much universally flattering, provided the dress is correctly fitted and you are wearing the appropriate shapewear or undergarments.

What's the difference between strapless and off-the-shoulder wedding dresses? Both leave your shoulders bare, but generally off the shoulder has some type of sleeve down the arm, whereas strapless dresses are traditionally completely sleeveless. You can create an off-the-shoulder look with a thoughtfully chosen wrap that blends with your dress (above). Below, this slinky illusion lace dress' long lace sleeves show off her shoulders without the gown revealing too much.

You can also bare your shoulders using a faux sheer neckline. Handy for brides that feel like a strapless gown is practically begging for a wardrobe malfunction, these dresses offer all the style, without sacrificing the security of simply sleeveless. Both of these dresses (above and below) feature beaded detailing acting as faux straps to emphasize the shoulders without overwhelming them with too many details.

Similarly, this off-the-shoulder dress below features a sheer neckline so that the whole bodice remains correctly fitted with its thin lace fabric.
