We're super happy to be all about the men in our lives today thanks to Shannon Von Eschen Photography and this groom style editorial. Specifically for a Winter wedding, Shannon has demonstrated a relaxed groom style complete with perfect florals from Bare Root Flora. It's refreshing to see the focus on the groom rather than the bride and we love it! They often take a back seat in wedding prep and sometimes even the photography so we love how this groom took the time to have some images taken in his finest hour...

It's quite, yet powerful. And whether it snows or blooms with wildflowers in the heat of the summer, it exudes a beauty that is both sophisticated and yet innately organic all at the same time."
"The vision I'd had for this shoot was not only inspired by our picturesque and winter surroundings, but, more wholly, inspired by the groom. So often wedding sessions are centered around the bride and while I'm not one to shy away from all the pretties that come with a new bride, there is something utterly perfect about the simple and masculine ways of a groom. I truly believe this is the year of the groom...at least it will be for me. This is the year that, hopefully, I'll see galleries upon galleries full of inspiration just for men-images that document those precious moments of how the groom prepares for his moment at the alter and how, even though, simplistic, he has style that goes way beyond his tux. I partnered with the innovative and talented Robyn from Bare Root Flora to create this vision, and we focused our shoot on the groom alone. Robyn's ability to design floral pieces that are wholly loved by both the bride and groom is the delicate balance that makes her a true talent. I wanted to photograph beautiful boutonniere options that not only work with a variety of colour pallets, but that can also work well with other groomsmen in the wedding party. The sole idea was to design effortless statement pieces uniting his own personal style with a specific wedding colour palate."
