Pink colour inspiration | Fly Away Bride

Let's face it, pink is a huge favourite among many brides and it doesn't matter where they are from or what their beliefs are, pink means feminism, romanticism and love. Although I'm not a massive fan of it myself, it softens so many different colour combinations and I thought this inspiration board was appropriate to start this week. Since I am such a fan of soft tones, I've combined today's palette with grey and powder blue. I absolutely adore the silver headpiece featured on this board which would work great for any style of wedding, be that a more elegant day in a luxury venue theme or something a bit more chilled out. The same goes for the palette, it's quite universal and will work very well in a number of settings. I went for a greyish wedding dress and I just love how this Samuelle gown flows in the wind. This shade of wedding dress contrasts well with pinks and blues and those flower bridesmaid dresses are a particular favourite of mine. The chic groom's scarf replacing the usual tie is a great alternative if you are hoping to achieve something a little more relaxed, don't you think? You will find all of our boards on Pinterest so be sure to come hang out with us there!
