Festival Brides Love: Beautiful World Tents

Good morning, gorgeous people!

Is the above sunny shot not giving you major summer vibes?! It's SO cold where we are today, and that shot is just warming me right through. I mean, take a moment and picture it with me, if you will: you've just said 'I do' to the love of your life, you're surrounded by your nearest and dearest, you're wearing THE most incredible gown, the sun is shining (one can dream, right?!) and you're ready to sip on that champagne and get your celebration on!

You feel me?!

Where better to celebrate than in a Giant Hat tipi?

And who better to make that dream a reality for you that Beautiful World Tents?!

Their lovely team really know their stuff, so grab yourself a coffee, relax a little, and let's go hang with the gals...

Beautiful World Tents is a family run and owned tipi wedding specialist, based in the wonderful South East countryside.

We provide Giant tipi tents to be used as a beautiful, unforgettable alternative to a standard marquee. Our attention to detail and love for all things weddings are what we pride ourselves on! This month marks our tenth birthday and we're so proud of the intricate knowledge and experience that we've built up across the years - enabling us to offer the very best recommendations and advice to our clients.

We absolutely love our job and consider ourselves to be established experts in the field, so come and say hi!

We can't resist a bit of Glastonbury!! We've been lucky enough to have our tipis up there before and it really is the greatest festival - it's the perfect mix of our three favourite things: creativity, love and happiness (...and food!)

Whilst on the hunt for a yurt tent to be used for a holistic therapies venue, we stumbled across the Giant Hat tipis and were blown away by their beauty and wonderful potential. The natural style of the tipis was our first love - they have the most incredible 'blank canvas' appeal to suit any kind of occasion. We loved how they look both gorgeous as they are for those informal or DIY weddings, but can also provide a beautiful base for the more decorative and imaginative couples to get their teeth into.

Fast forward 10 incredible years and we're still a small business that runs off the same sparks of passion that it was first built with. We're so proud of how we've developed and grown throughout the years, without losing the personal, non-corporate approach that we aspire to.

We can offer everything you need to dine, dance and celebrate in true tipi style. Our Giant Hat tipis can be joined together in a range of configurations, depending on your guest numbers or space you have to work with. You can also add on a smaller, linked Kungsornen tipi to be used as a cosy bar or lounge area, or create a whole tipi-sized street food buffet tent - up to you!

You can then kit your tipis out with flooring, lighting, add in a dance floor or a couple of real, log burning fire places and pick from our range of dining options. For décor, you can choose from our range of hand-selected furnishings, all carefully chosen to fit the unique shape and style of the tipis. We've everything from rustic and bold solid, wooden doors and bars to dainty, hand-painted copper bottles and glass jars. There's a little something for everyone! You can have a peek at our brochures over on our website for a little more about what we have to offer and of course, always ask us if you have any queries.

Where do we start! With over 800 weddings to add to our scrapbook now, it's fair to say we have too many happy memories to be able to pick one out. From high-profile, top secret events, right through to intimate weddings of loved ones close to the company; it's been an incredible whirlwind.

The absolute hands down best ever part of our job is getting to hear back from couples after the big event to say 'thank you'. We love nothing more than hearing all the post wedding gossip and how the guests loved the tipis - it's what keeps us going on a drizzly Monday morning (that, and a biscuit).

Here's a little testimonial from one of our clients from last season:

"A huge thank you to you all for your hard work - the Tipis looked wonderful and our guests were blown away by how beautiful it was. We had the most amazing time and will treasure the memories forever!"

You can expect to chat with a small, close-knit team of experienced client advisors, who'll get to you know you as a couple, not just about your wedding. We'll keep in contact with you regularly throughout your booking, offering helpful and honest advice as you progress through your experience with us. No question is ever too small or too silly - you can guarantee we've been asked it before!

You'll have the opportunity to meet face to face with our client managers at a range of events throughout the year. We'll talk you through anything from the nitty gritty logistics of seating plans and table numbers - right down to having a natter about where we think your favourite bunting would look the most fab. It's all in the detail after all!

We'll even pop the kettle on and get some nibbles out whilst we're at it.

The best way to find out for yourself is to come and visit us!

We're always planning our next open days and viewing opportunities for you to meet the team and our beautiful tipis, and we're pleased to say that our next Open Day will be on Saturday 27 th February at the beautiful Chafford Park, near Tunbridge Wells.

Our team of friendly tipi advisors will be there on the day to sit with you and talk through your plans and ideas in details. They're always completely informal, no-pressure events, so feel free to bring your nan, dog and hairdresser along (yes, we've had that before!) and your lists of questions and we'll be more than happy to chat through them with you.

Our tipis attract so many different types of people trying to achieve different styles or working with different numbers, budgets and so on - so please just ask us if you're not sure.

First and foremost, we'd say that if you're considering tipis (or any form of marquee) for your wedding, please make sure the company you go with is MUTA accredited. These are the best companies to work with as they've signed up to a Code of Practice ensuring they adhere to the strictest, highest quality industry standards. We're proud to be a committed member of MUTA.

Secondly, make sure you feel reassured by the experience of the team you're working with - it may be worth asking how many weddings they've done and so forth, just for peace of mind. We know only too well how unnecessarily stressful it can be to plan a wedding. We want to make sure you make the decision that feels right for you and that your wedding is as perfect and stress-free as it should be.

Just beautiful, aren't they?

(The tipis and the ladies at Beautiful World!)

You can find this awesome company sitting oh-so-pretty in our wedding directory right now, go drop them a line!

We'll see you back here tomorrow for the first 10 Ways to Make Life Lovely post of 2016 (GAHH so excited!)

Peace + Love

Clare XO
