Today's wedding story is one that the bride describes as a fairy tale love story. Te wedding colours were classic, contrasted with bursts of bright and playful, Turquoise. The colour palette was perfectly suited for the fun loving couple and certainly brought out the bride's beautiful bright eyes.

Lovebirds | How did you two meet?

This is definitely our little fairy tale love story. We have known each other since childhood. Today, we can still remember where we saw each other for the first time. So we basically met in Primary School. A few years later, when I started High School, we mingled with the same group of friends and soon came to be in each others company more often. A few months later, he stole my heart - my first love - and we started dating. Unfortunately, we parted ways two months later due to personal circumstances. 7 years later - after our separation - we met "again" at my sisters' engagement party. Instant connection!

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?

He made one of my dreams come true :) I had this vision/dream of the most amazing backdrop, green fields, a beautiful tree, decorated with hearts, hanging glass jars with lit candles in them, a little picnic setup with my favourite food, wine, and music! He made this dream a reality! This was my proposal!! The most beautiful thing I have ever seen!! I was truly amazed! He had a few cards hanging in the tree... with his feelings written down, confirming his love for me. With the last card I turned around and he was on his knee! I could not stop the tears :) One of the happiest moments of my life!

The Big Day | Tell us the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

For both of us; the moment we first laid eyes on each other as I walked down the aisle and definitely the feeling after the "I DO"... knowing we belong to each other and became ONE in the presence of Our Heavenly Father and our loved ones. FINALLY!!! The best feeling in the world!!!
