Lovebirds | How did you two meet?
We met at a games night hosted by myself (Jenna) and my best friend at her home (across the road from my apartment). The rule was that all invited had to invite someone along no one there knew. My very good friend from University brought along her primary school friend from her home town with whom she had just recently reconnected with via social media. Little did I know that I had just met my neighbour ! I had not only walked passed his motorbike every day for three years , but also his apartment and we had literally been living within eye shot from each other and never seen each other.

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?
I had been really ill and suffering from "cabin fever". He suggested a drive and that I put on something pretty (to make me feel better). We drove to a beautiful Manor House in Franschoek. We started walking and he said I needed to be blindfolded (*I started getting suspicious here). When we stopped he took off my blindfold and we were standing in front of a gorgeous waterfall. I turned around and there were pink roses and petals strewn around me and he handed me a giant envelope containing a love letter (*I love poetry & letters)...the last line read 'WILL YOU MARRY ME?'

The Big Day | Tell us the most memorable moment of your wedding day?
Woweee. This is a hard one. We had a super emotional wedding and actually could not wait to see each other or get married to each other. I can't speak for my husband (how awesome is that word!!?), but when we said our vows, it is like my love for him went "super saiyan" (Dragon Ball Z reference for "next level!"). It cemented us in a way that words cannot describe and it was just so indescribably beautiful. When he put that ring on my finger and looked at me, and called me his wife for the first time, I knew that God had blessed me with my husband and that with Him at our center we would only grow from strength to strength.

Don't let anyone, no matter who, family or friend, steal your shine, or tell you what to do. At the end of the day, it really is just about you and your future husband so keep your eye on your prize- that is your husband, btw and have FUN!!!!!!!!!!!
