One of the best things about summer is all the sweet fruit that comes along with the warm weather. Today's signature cocktail celebrates one of our favorite seasonal fruits-cherries! Add a splash of bourbon and a bit of fizz, and you've got the perfect drink to sip on the patio on a hot summer night.

5 ripe, juicy cherries (we love Bing cherries!)
1 1/2 ounces bourbon (we love Bulleit)
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar (add more to your liking)
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 cup of club soda

Add sugar and 4 cherries to cocktail shaker, and muddle. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add lime juice and bourbon and shake. Strain in glass and top with ice and splash of soda. Stir and top with cherry garnish!
