If you imagine running off to the desert with your love, to exchange your vows in a scenic, yet secluded place, today's styled shoot - dreamt up by Lillywhite Photography + Samantha Louise Moments - will definitely be your cup of tea! Loving the simple, yet beautiful, background that the desert sand dunes provide, the ladies knew it would be the perfect spot for a unique elopement editorial, sure to inspire creative couples. We can't help but agree!

The designers mixed bright colors, modern elements and some funky pieces to play around with an amazing location and all of the natural textures and colors. The color palette consisted of muted reds and oranges, hot pinks, forest green, copper, and other yummy brights. The dress had to be a stunner and tie in the boho, modern & elegant elements. The stunning modern dress sparkled against the dune sands. The bride also had an oversized bold bouquet with trendy proteas.

The groom rocked dark amber trousers, a white shirt with no tie and brown shoes. He also wore a very dark velvet jacket with an amazing textural look to highlight the boho chic feel of this elopement.

There was a dreamy lounge created in the sands. A brick-colored sofa and a couple of mid-century modern chairs with plant stands and a rug looked like a real lounge in some venue. Samantha Louise Moments built the copper structure and attached angled painted palm leaves for added dimension. The tablescape was decorated with bold florals and copper details. I love the idea of adding copper details to the wedding spot as this is a very beautiful color and it contrasts with light sands perfectly. The bride also rocked a dark amber cover up and the groom rocked dark amber trousers.

Besides proteas and palms the designers used potted cacti as these are truly desert-living plants and they add to the desert flavor.
