Did we mention that rosewater makes a lovely addition to a cocktail recipe? This Juliet & Romeo signature cocktail combines rosewater, gin, lime juice, cucumber and simple syrup, with a garnish of mint making it even more refreshing!

Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
3 drops of Rosewater
3 cucumber slices
3 sprigs of mint
1 pinch of salt
Ice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and mint with the pinch of salt. // Add the rest of the ingredients to cocktail shaker. Let sit for 3 seconds. // Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into serving glass. // Garnish with a mint leaf - place one drop of rosewater on the mint leaf and three drops of bitters on the surface of drink if desired.
