A DIY "Would You be my Bridesmaid?" Party Inspired by Rosé + A Giveaway - Belle The Magazine

OH EM GEEEE you guys! I am super excited to bring you this fun little project we did in collaboration with the crafting gurus from and some of my favorite wedding pros. It is a styled "Would you be my Bridesmaid?" Party inspired by rosé, and I am obsessed with the result. Think garden roses, feminine details and blush tones mixed up with lovely personalized elements we created with our amazing Cricut Explore Air. Prepare to be blown away because these pics by Cristina Navarro Photography. This shoot is seriously beyond-beautiful! Drum roll, please...

Like I mentioned before, the inspiration for this editorial shoot was Rosé. Because... well, nothing goes better together than parties and wine, right?! Also because I love the blush girly color. It is so feminine... the ideal drink for an all-girls celebration! And finally, I really like the little play on words: where the bride asks her besties "Would you be my bridesmaid?" and the girls respond "Yes Way Rosé"... So cute!

And now that we established our theme and color palette inspo, let me give you the scoop on the details. For this shoot I wanted to incorporate a dessert bar, so I called the uber talented Jasmin from Glammed and Enchanted Events. She did such a great job styling the dessert bar and incorporating so many pretty props, including the pretty balloon garland, the cake stands and frames and vintage tables. The gorgeous geode inspired cake and the super fun cookies are a creation of D'Lish. We shot at the brand new AB Events Studios that provided a blank canvas and allow us to take make our concept a reality.

For the flowers, we were so lucky to have FiftyFlowers.com sending us over different varieties of roses and garden roses in soft pink and peach shades. They were just divine! My friends at Fiori The Flower Studio were kind enough to do their magic and help us arrange the flowers in the most fabulous of ways. The result? These fabulously romantic, classic centerpieces. Swoon!

I don't consider myself the crafty type of gal, but after using to create all the personalized details for this shoot has totally changed my mind. The Cricut Explore Air was so easy to use!!! I was so excited about all the DIY projects Cricut allows you to create to infuse your personality into your big day. I seriously recommend you to get yourself a Cricut Explore Air and make every moment of your wedding planning a crafted memory... "It's Your Story, Make It Personal"

To get you started in your journey to wedding crafting paradise I am sharing all the projects I created for the shoot with you. You can use them for your own Bridesmaids Reveal Party or customize them for any other celebration. All you have to do is follow the links and you will be able to customize each project within Cricut Design Space™ .

Bridesmaid Favor Boxes

We made the favor boxes out of two different types of patterned blush and the bow is made out of white cardstock. Our bride popped the question to her gals with a little print inside the box that said "Will you be my bridesmaid?" paired with a gold sparkly nail polish that they could wear on the wedding day.

  • Place at your bridesmaid brunch table settings. You can add a name...and use as a place card. Your besties will love it!

Wine Labels + Wine Glass Tags

Pretty mini-bottles of rosé accompanied our favor boxes. Using printable vinyl we created labels for the bottles with the same "Will you be my bridesmaid?" print to create a cohesive look. On the regular size bottle of wine we pasted a label with the "Yes Way Rosé" print and matched it with tags on the wine glasses. All elements were printed on our home printer (a ) and then cut on our Cricut Explorer Air.

Bride + Bridesmaids Tank Tops

Our bridal party wore white tank tops that we customized with gold glitter iron-on material for the bride and the bridesmaids. This is a very easy and fun project that every one of your bridesmaids will enjoy. Your girls can also wear the tank tops for the bridal shower, bachelorette party or to get ready the morning of. To design them just follow the instructions printed on the iron-on material packaging. Here is the LINK TO THE PROJECT .

Cupcake Toppers

Since our tablescape was filled with DIY details, I wanted to add a personal touch to our dessert bar, as well. So we created cute little rosette toppers made out of pink for our white cupcakes. They were super easy to craft and they made for a big impact. Here is LINK TO PROJECT .
