Morning Lovely People, I hope you all had a great weekend and managed to enjoy a bit of autumn sun. I just love this time of year where the air is crisp, the trees are turning those wonderful shades of orange and the sun is shining. Its just gorgeous.

We have a very beautiful free spirited bridal shoot to share with you all today and I have completely fallen in love with it. Why? Well for the one the photography by Carito Photography is just beautiful and I just love the way she has told a story through these images. Secondly the bride oozes wedding cool with her carefree hair, Indian style tatoo, trendy jewellery and simple wedding dress. But mostly, I love this shoot because it embraces what most of us would shy away from when it comes to a shoot or a wedding. Rain. Yes, the one word we all fear when planning an outdoor wedding. The weather is the one thing we just can't control when it comes to planning our wedding so the aim of this shoot was to turn that fear on its head and capture the beautiful side of rain. After viewing these images, I think you'll agree that Carito and her team have done this beautifully.

Here in Europe most brides are planning summer weddings to celebrate outside, because of all the flowers blossoming and the many hours of sunshine we are getting. But summer this year is nothing we and all the brides have hoped for - rainy, moody and lots of temperature changes. This not only poses a challenge to wedding vendors looking for ways to make a ceremony storm-proof and finding solutions for rainy days when a garden wedding was the plan, but it is also a disappointment to many brides, who have spent months, countless hours and a lot of time, love and money on planning their perfect summer wedding. They all know that they can't change the weather, but I would like to show them the beautiful side of rain. With little accessories, a bouquet of foraged flowers and plants and a flowing dress we kept the bridal styling simple and natural to fit the surroundings and to make nature more than just a backdrop.
