Fall Wedding Inspiration: In the Land of Milk and Honey

Fall Wedding Inspiration: In the Land of Milk and Honey

via

Welcome to 'The Land of Milk and Honey' - a place filled with luxurious beauty, and so much sweetness. Here, jewel-toned flowers cover rugged + wild oak trees and the land provides for all. Inspired by the "milk and honey" metaphor as something that refers to all good things - Adriane White Photography teamed up with Elsbeth Mumm of Wild Abandon Design to craft some deliciously decadent wedding inspiration. It's sultry, yet delightfully sweet, and as the bride and groom pause for a deep embrace, their love is as thick as honey and as abundant as a never-ending feast.

The team tells us We really wanted to create some magic and let creative energy fly... So we assembled a team and allowed them complete creative freedom to do something that they'd been wanting to create but hadn't been able to. Their humor, playfulness, and killer taste set the stage for an artistic interpretation of a traditional barn wedding. The idea of "milk and honey" was so rich and would allow us to complement everyone's unique style. To top it off, we found real-life couple, Sarah + Keith (plus their adorable dog, Yeti), and they really brought the genuine love + attraction that we wanted to highlight.

Ready to enter into the 'Land of Milk and Honey', otherwise known as Rancho Soquel in California? Let's look!!

AE Letterpress by Ashley Cunningham created this gorgeous watercolor invitation suite...

This Chasing Jewelry ring is the definition of understated glamour.

How gorgeous is the bride's dress from BHLDN?!

HOLY SMOKES. How stunning is that floral arch + all the fall colored foliage that Flowers By Carra created?

Such sweet accents from Sky Millinery by Cindy Clark.

How sweet is this?! And their darling pup! Oh and that elegant hairstyle? It's the work of Nadia Markova.

The lace shawl, the crystal crown from Howling Moon UK, the dark lip by Jillian Wilkey ... Everything about this is perfect!

How dapper is the groom in his suit from Bar III?

Wild Abandon Design created a bee hive dripping with honey, with birds fluttering around. It served as the backdrop for the sweetheart table!

With furniture rentals from Patine and tabletop décor from Alexis Party Rental ... We're seriously loving this setup!

The moody palette of the table captures the sultry quality + decadence of this dream land.

The floral collar created for Yeti is so cute!

A huge thank you to the dream team behind this shoot!
