Lynne and Callum described their wedding as 'beachy and chilled' and were inspired by the colour of pink Bougenvillia flowers, which also reminded them of sunshine, holidays and good times together. They had pink invitations, pink flowers and Lynne wore a non-traditional two-piece with a dip-dyed pink skirt.

The couple were actually legally married in London beforehand, which took the pressure off. "It was a really relaxed ceremony," said Lynne, "we had two readings; Mission Beach by Clare Pollard and an excerpt from Hemmingway's A Farewell to Arms read by two of our best friends. We also got everyone to sing Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles and Is this Love by Bob Marley. The songs were brilliant and it was quite amusing looking at everyone having a sing and a little dance during the ceremony. Walking down the aisle with my dad and seeing Callum and all our guests together was my favourite part of the day."

The reception was held at La Siesta in Javea, Spain. "For place settings we brought plain beer coasters, dyed them pink and then hand stamped people's names on them. We also hand-stamped confetti envelopes with lines from songs that reminded us of sunshine and holidays. However, in retrospect I would not have bothered with confetti envelopes and got cones instead as it's easier to get the confetti out. We didn't really get much of a confetti walk down the aisle as it stuck in the envelopes."

"Our biggest expense was the venue and paying for drinks throughout the day. We were adamant that we wanted it to be a great party with amazing food and booze - and the English like a lot of booze! We could have found a cheaper venue but we've been going to this beach bar for years - it's where we always start and end our holidays in Spain so it was a worth the money."

"Our advice to future bride's and grooms is stick to your guns and don't get drawn into family politics - do what you want, how you want it and enjoy it!"
