Dinner Party Registry Essentials

Dinner Party Registry Essentials

Spring is in the air and we're thrilled for what's in store! We're talkin' dinner parties galore and all the good stuff that comes along with them: delicious bites, conversations that flow just as abundantly as the libations, and of course, gorgeous tablescapes. This spring, we're looking to Bloomingdale's Registry for the latest must-haves, handpicked by the GWS team.

Today/tonight's color palette consists of moody blue hues, complemented by blush tones, and accents of both gold and copper. It's a mix of "California cool" meets industrial + vintage chic - with the light wood table and all the boho-inspired accents from Found Rentals (Moroccan wedding rug and denim couch, for the win!). For those that are curious, this gorgeous room is actually at the Found Rentals warehouse in Fullerton!

Let's take a look at the details captured by Dana Grant Photography and figure how to style this spring tablescape!

Start off by picking a main color (or a couple) - we opted for blue hues, and peachy pinks. Our accent colors were gold and copper, seen with the flatware and the industrial-inspired chairs. Figure out the space you'll be holding the event in - is it indoors or outdoors, casual or a little more formal? Once you have answered those questions, it's easier to make executive decisions and narrow down options! Additionally, we think a table runner really helps tie the whole look together (this one is from Found Rentals).

Is this the prettiest plate you've ever seen? We adore the soft watercolor-inspired brushstrokes, paired with the lustrous gold detail. These blue-hued plates are from the summer collection and were inspired by the ocean's horizon - how fitting! A major plus about these plates? There are four colors, one for each season; so you can change up the tablescape or mix-and-match settings however you'd like!

A place setting fit for royalty - the blue Villeroy Boch Boston Goblet is also available in green, pink, or clear! We'll cheers to that!!

The way that Vera Wang Polished Gold Flatware complements the gold in the plates is TOO good - a definite way to add a chic designer element to any dining occasion! Another option we love and one that would add a really fun pop is this Marchesa by Lenox Imperial Caviar Rose Gold Flatware. (Rose gold everything, right?!)

Rimmed in gold, this Lenox Solitaire Platinum Signature Goblet is seriously FINE! Now we aren't certain, but we have a feeling that wine would taste even better when being sipped from one these goblets...

Seriously cannot get enough of those chairs, the doors, the rugs, those florals... The entire tablescape!! Yes, we may be biased, but just look at all that PRETTY!

Perhaps you're in search of a more classic plate? Well then, you may fancy this Marchesa by Lenox Shades Dinnerware - available in white, light grey, and even light teal!

Foxtail Florals absolutely nailed the floral design, don't you think? Peachy pinks offset by lush greenery + bright whites give us major butterflies (in the best way possible).

Hello, GORGEOUS!! We're curious to know which elements you would incorporate into a spring/summer dinner party?

And last, but certainly not least - what are you faves from the Bloomingdale's Registry?! Let us know in the comments below! :)
