Alexandra Grecco Spring 2018 Wedding Dresses
Stardust, Alexandra Grecco's aptly-named Spring 2018 collection, was inspired by celestial bodies. Each piece was designed to feel light, airy and ultra-feminine with delicate beadwork and embroidery gently scattered throughout the collection. Grecco wanted the beadwork to feel as though it had fallen from the sky and just dusted over the gowns. A perfect example of this would be the Annika cape, an ethereal piece with embroidered moons and stars along the neckline and shoulders that's layered over a simple slip dress.
There are many standout pieces in the collection and something for every bride. When designing the line, Grecco was thinking of women who appreciate a classic silhouette but also have some whimsy in them. In addition to the embellished pieces, there's a wide range of styles, including a simple yet stunning two-piece jumpsuit, a fitted gown with an illusion neckline and a belted piece that has a bit of a boho feel with flutter sleeves.
