Rescue My Love

Tiffany and I share a lot of the same friends on Facebook and came across my fan page and started referring me out to all these people. So I’d ask my clients, “how did you find me”, and they said, Oh Tiffany has been saying great things. Okay… who is Tiffany? So we met up at a wedding a couple weeks back and as a thank you I said I would do a shoot for her and her boyfriend, who had recently returned from his second tour in Afghanistan for the Marines. They wanted “old timey” shots, and I found this meadow tucked away in the back part of my area. The distant mountains and palm tree reminded me of that scene from Forrest Gump where Gump was running into the jungle and then bringing back all the wounded soldiers, one after another. So I suggested something like that for them, and they were up for it (because they’re COOL LIKE THAT). Tiffany had a hard time not laughing through it, but Eric was a trooper (pun intended). So after borrowing some shots, I came up with this. There wasn’t any reason to be 100% perfect with the photoshopping, just the concept was good enough. Thank you for serving Eric, and welcome home.
