Wedding - The Love Cave

The Love Cave

When life gives you lemons, throw the lemons back at the person throwing them, and aim for their head make lemonade. Now lemonade is only possible with a LOT of sugar, otherwise your lemonade is going to suck. That’s called lemon juice. When you schedule an engagement shoot at the beach in August, you do run the risk of there being a small amount of fog. This was one of those cases. LOTS of heavy fog. My brother was nice enough to come with and help me after a 3 month vacation trip to scout out future work in Arizona. Elana & Eric were good sports as we navigated through other people shooting engagements, family shoots and a movie being filmed that featured a doctor fighting a Terminator-like mandroid with a large metal arm. All in all, good fun. Then took my bro to In & Out and caught up on things. It looks like he might have some good consistent work coming up, so I’m very happy about that. At least he’s not getting so pitted So instead of putting a few more photos from their engagement in the comments here, I decided to do the right thing and updated my blog with more samples. Please go and visit, and let me know what you think. And I know, it’s out of date. I can’t do it all. I’m about 5 weddings behind. I’ll get there soon. I spent most of my day yesterday creating a consummate wedding portfolio book and made it available through blurb. Please don’t buy one. Haha. I made it to show brides some of my work, as opposed to looking through my laptop trying to show them examples of my work. But you can click on the book and look at a preview of the first 15 pages.
