Ruffle Cake

I was totally craving cake yesterday and not a bit of cake in the house! So this is a cake for me. I've made a few of these and the ruffle piping really makes my hand ache. My son Freddie aged 12 took the photo, fancies himself as a bit of a David Bailey as he's doing photography at school.
