Well-Dressed Couple On Grass

You may recognize Nick from the former band whose album cover shoot I did a few years ago. So now after years of partying and the single life, Nick met Jen and they're going to be married later this year. A cosmopolitan couple, we did the shoot at an urban park in Playa Del Rey close to sunset and didn't have many options. I always like simple backgrounds and this one was about as simple as I could find. Their pose wasn't planned. She actually cuddled with him for a second and then did something else and I shouted, "NO, go back. Do what you just did!" And that's usually how things like this end up. I'm going to try and post at least once a week. Hard when I can't do it at work, and the day-job has been so crazy. Plus as some of you know, most of my free time is now spent birding. Yeah, once birding gets a hold of you, it's hard to think about much else.
