Shadow Box Rewards System: Get a shadow box and place a picture in it of something you REALLY want (clothing, vacation, etc) and every time you work out put a dollar amount ($1-$5) in and when you meet your daily goals put another dollar amount in ($1-$5). exercise #exercise
