SO finally here is my fav Effie Trinket look..I meant she's got an Alexander McQueen butterfly dress, butterflies in her hair, on her lashes, all that yellow up on her face! It's awesome! WIG: It was just an old lady looking wig I got at the wig shop. BUTTERFLIES: I got a few packages of the giant monarch butterflies from Michaels: http://www.michaels.com/floral-accents/feathers,-birds-and-butterflies/809188393#start=0&sz=12&srule=best-seller I also got a kids turtleneck and cut the sleeves off then just stuck the butterflies, which are on wires down into the shirt and did the same thing with the hair, just stuck them down into the wig, and voila!
