neon tribal nails,first paint and color you want and let it dry,next pick another color for your French tip,then you want to get the following colors, if you don't ,pick any kind,use a doting tool and if you don't have one use a pencil and a sowing pin and stick the sharp end into the eraser part and follow the picture.
