Nails

Paint nails with black polish. Paint matte topcoat over nails (remember not to make your base coat too thick) Let dry for an hour. Cut 1/4" strips of tape (press tape against fingers so they're less sticky) lay across nails. Paint with original shiny black polish. Using dotting tool for shiny dots on other nails
