Star Cookie Christmas Tree l shortbread (or any) cookies (poke a hole with wooden skewer in center before baking. When cool, pipe sugar frosting in a design of your choice(confectioner's sugar, a bit of milk and a drop of vanilla or lemon). Spear the "branches onto the wooden skewer (use a bit of frosting to "glue" tham into place and top with a decoration of your choice. Place lying down on the side till the frosting "glue" dries.
