This is a vintage, emerald cut yellow-green stone late Art Deco style ring, presumed synthetic spinel (tested this on Presidium gem tester) or possibly hiddenite or green amethyst since extensive testing was not done. The pretty stone measures approximately 10mm x 8mm or 3.79 carats, with decorative cut outs on the east/west sides of the stone where the decorative gold detailing is and has minimal surface wear consistent with age.
