Dr Who Garter Set

This set includes a 1.5 inch blue lace garter topped with shabby rosettes and a TARDIS applique. The toss garter measures 1 inch wide and is topped with a rosette and TARDIS bow. All of my garters come with a keepsake box. Each garter is made stretch lace, not elastic. Please measure your thigh carefully to ensure a proper fit.
