Wedding Crasher

I know I'm preaching to the choir here when I say that if your daughter is getting married, then your role should be to be sitting next to your wife and enjoying the once-in-a-lifetime moment of watching her marry her best friend. This past Sunday however, that role was reversed. He gave away her daughter, and then instead of sitting down next to his wife, grabbed his camera and immediately pushed his way behind the bridesmaids and into the ferns... directly behind the bride and groom! All the photos of the bridesmaids have him in it. And as you can see here, the bride is glaring at him. I motioned my hand for him to get out of the way, but he just shook his head "no". This is a perfect example of why I'm all for "unplugged weddings". People hire me based on the work I've done. But if things like this are tolerated then I can't be liable for delivering quality photos. Not only that, but he is trying to get into wedding photography!! So not only is he ruining my photos, but the photos he took at a wedding I was commissioned for will now be used to promote a business that I'm directly in competition with! So this is just something else to include in my contract. I'm going to be showing this photo off to my future brides suggesting they ask ALL wedding guests to leave ALL cell phones/cameras in their car or at a table before they take a seat. The guests are now my biggest liability. Anyone else deal with something this bad? More in comments
