I bought this for my 9 year old daughter. I hesitated on buying this petticoat but I'm 100% happy that I did :-) this was the perfect petticoat for my daughters beauty pageant dresses. All though it's for an adult, it fit her perfectly because you can make the tiers smaller and the waist is adjustable.
