This item is really unusual - it is made from bleached peacock feathers which have a gorgeous golden sheen to them. It is very hard to capture the true colour of these feathers in a photograph, I don't think I have done justice to their gorgeous iridescent quality! They are a cream colour with golden tones and a slight golden sheen in some lights. I trim all the feathers by hand and layer them on a cream felt backing.
