"After I said yes, we walked back to his dad's house through the heavy thunderstorm. As we approached a park that was along the way, Scott stopped me and said he had one more surprise. Then he told me to close my eyes. I held his hand and followed his direction as he guided me further and further through the rain. I started to hear some familiar voices so I immediately thought he'd planned a surprise engagement party for us. Then he told me to open my eyes and when I did, I saw two handmade, wooden altars, a few rows of chairs and an aisle set up down the middle. I looked back at Scott in shock and he said, "I have one more question for you: will you marry me today?"...."
