This gorgeous, clean cut oval Ceylon sapphire has been set in an 18 karat white gold ring with decorative floral detail. Small diamonds sparkle around the stone and along the band with milgrain accents to give it an antique look. The sapphire measures 7mm x 4mm and the diamonds total .46 carats. The ring is currently a size 6.5. Re-sizing may be available depending on how much larger or smaller it needs to be. Please ask!
