"At the end of a spontaneous road trip through Oregon, @cedcook89 mentioned he wanted to stop by a lighthouse on the coast. When we got there, he dropped down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I held back the tears until he told me that he had designed my ring at the same small jeweler in Chicago where my dad bought my mom's ring over 30 years ago. He had even worked with a photographer to meet us there and she went running through the forest to catch this shot of him mid-proposal.
